One week burning procedure of the equipment before the final quality control and despatch to client;
Control procedures for quality control and assessments;
Equipment designed for simplicity of use and maintenance (software regulation locally or in remote)
The technical documentation, customer instruction, real time reaction, after-sales assistance, are all components of our quality process aimed towards customer satisfaction.
Together with CTE International it detains UNI ISO 9001 certification, and is subject to inspection visits according to the ISO regulations.
It is equipped with internal laboratories equipped for research, development and quality control of the products offered. This laboratory is registered with the Ministery of Scientific Research with identification N. 40181H61.
The equipment offered complies with the CE99/05 RTTE norms and is consequently marked CE.
